Problem with install to Mac Pro 3,1

When begin to install 10.6.4 to Mac Pro, model 3,1
10 GB RAM,
Quad-Core Intel Xeon, 2.8 ГГц, Processors: 2, Total Cores: 8
i have the message - that -
Can not install to this mashine..
Why?
