App Store doesn't load with the updates

Hey everyone I bought an iPod touch 5g and it was working fine until on the home screen the App Store icon shows 2 apps to update but I open App Store and the updates doesn't load normal it suppose to show me the apps to update and all that what happened

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.2, 5th generation
