Photoshop 6 on Mountain Lion

Can anyone please tell me if I will be able to use my Photoshop 6 or CS Upgrade on my new Mountain Lion when I get it?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8)

Adobe CS does not work in OS Mountain Lion. (The version of Photoshop in Adobe CS was 8.0.) The oldest version of Photosohop that will run in ML is version 10, which came in CS3.

Any upgrade will look for the previous version. Without that it won't run.

CS 6 will certainly run in 10.8.2. (I even have CS 3 running in my Mountain Lion system.)

Hello Eustace. Thanks for the reply. My latest version is actually shown as CS Upgrade on the box but I have just discovered that it probably is a Windows version, which of course, I was using on my Windows XP before ordering my iMac so I guess it will not work.

If you are talking about Photoshop Version 6 and or Photoshop CS, the Original CS version of Creative Suites, then No they will not install or work on Mt Lion.
