Q: do not have enough access privilages for this operation, iphone 5

I am trying to sync my iphone 5 to iTune but getting this message.

The iPhone "iPhone 5" cannot be synced. You do not have enough access privilages for this operation.

Does anyone seen this error before?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.2
