Setup guitar with tascam us 122 mkii mainstage

How?? How do i get the tascam connnected to mainstage and be able to play my guitar with mainstage??

I hear sound with the headphones on the tascam, but no sound out of my mac... I'm new, so a step 1 till 10 would be helpfull!

please help!
