Problems sharing iTunes Library

I am trying to share songs between several users on my iMac. All of the profiles have been set to share and they are coming up on each others profile; however, one profile is coming up in iTunes instead of coming up with a house with a music symbol in it, it comes up with a list of files and a music symbol which is not allowing me to either share songs to or from. I cannot figure out what happened or how to restore it without wiping out the library/profile.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
