what is the error code (102) during the update for OS X Mountain Lion?
MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8)
Tried numerous times to install update 10.8.03! Not even the luck of the Irish nor prayers to St. Patrick!

You posted in the OS 10.3 and earlier forum instead of the OS 10.8 forum. To get answers to your question, next time post in the proper forum. See https://discussions.apple.com/index.jspa I'll request that Apple relocate your post.
