See this document, there is a right way to do this and a way that will cause horrible consequences later.

hair spray will break down over time, but some kind of solvent could damage the screen permanently. distilled water can be purchased from a supermarket or drug store, it usually comes in a big jug and it's very inexpensive. As Idris points out never put liquid directly on the device, use a lint free cloth otherwise you can destroy the device very easily.
You can slightly dampen a microfibre cloth with water (distilled water is best) and try that. Do NOT put water directly on the screen. Any other solvent will most likely do even more damage to the coating on the screen than has already been done by the hairspray.
My phone screen after doing that is so sticky from the hair spray and it is dry and I need to get it off before my parents kill me so what else can I try
Thank u so much j am going to try that
I tried that and it won't work and I even tried glass cleaner and it didn't work so what do I try
