firist you could try restoring your ipod touch in itunes but if that doesen't work try these steps: hold the home button and the power button at the same time then it will show ''slide to turn off'' later slide it then it will show the apple logo after that get a USB cable and connect to your computer/laptop after that before connecting the ipod hold the home button while connecting to USB cable. NOTE to open ''itunes'' after connecting your ipod to itunes that keep on holding apple logo untill it say ''your ipod detects that it need to be restore'' or something like that then click on restore. if you need more help here's help form apple to put
