My iPhone 3gs is lost can I get my pictures and contacts back via iCloud but I didn't do a backup but is it possible that I can still get my personal pictures, contacts... back with another way?

If you failed to save your pics, then they are gone.
Did you have photostream turned on?
No I didn't, man I feel stupid... I was going to do a backup but I was always postponing it

I know that is not good.
In the future please make sure that you import all pics taken with your iphone to your computer regularly as you would with any digital camera.

Yes this was a hard lesson, I lose things to much, 3 days before I lost my phone I also lost my 90 buck well im really upset about the pictures but now I at least know they are gone for good
