That is also a feature of the Program you are using and not totally controlled by the OS. So look through the settings, Preferences, for the program you are using.

Thanks for the reply, I guess it got in before my edit.

It was just me not thinking through the process and hitting return. I think the drop down is new, but the functionality is basically the same as before.
