My ipod fell in water and now will not turn over and my warranty is busted, have to pay to repair or pay or they do it?

Help me please, it will not turn on and I do not know what I do!

If it is now dry:

Try:

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
