I have had my iPod touch 4gen for over two years and it is starting to have problems. My home button no longer works and I have to use the assistive touch, my screen will go white for hours if I try and use an app that takes up a lot of room, and many apps won't work any more such as the app store or mail. Should I exchange mine for another or is there away to fix all of these problems?

Apple will only give you a 10% recycling discount if you turn in an old iPod and purchase a new one.
If I turn in my iPod touch and my old iPod nano does that mean I get a bigger discount?
No. Only 10% no matter how many you turn in.
