webpage,search bar, downloads, and file turning yellow?

My safari stuff has changed color for some reason. Safari 5.1 on windows

I have repaired safari as well as uninstaling it many times and nothing has changed.

I have also looked online for how to change it, but nothing has worked.

It would be very nice if some one could tell me how to fix it.
