I just got a new 5th generation ipod touch and it wont sync to my itunes but will show up in my computer. i have tried all proccses it says to try on itunes support and it still doesnt work. Does anyone know any way to fix this or what to do?

If you mean that the iPod does not appear in iTunes then:

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar

I would start with:

Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7
