Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
To back my data up onto Time Capsule, which do I select: Backup Disks/Data/on "Tracy's Time Capsule" OR Available Disks/Data/ on "Tracy's Time Capsule"? In typical Mac fashion, I cannot find this basic piece of information anywhere.

...and when I hit Select Disk I get this:
GOOD NEWS is: the thing seems to have backed up everything I've migrated over to my new Mountain Lion, but I just wasn't sure which of those two DATA icons I should have selected in order to send my backups to the Time Capsule.

Both are the same option. Furthermore, your Time Machine is now backing up to the Time Capsule, so there's nothing to set up
