is I tunes 11.02 supposed to install quck time and such on your computer along with itunes?

When I installed Itunes on Xp, i always tried to install a copy of quick time on my computer, that and Safari and a few other things.

On windows 7, I do not see quick time nor safari..

Perhaps this is why I cannot import any video?

Windows 7, Home built win 7 machine

Nope.; No Quick time.. so I ran apple update and had it install it.

yeah, It really confuses me. I had a bunch of videos I specifical converted over to Ipod touch compatable format, and kept all my I pod touch stuff seperate folders so that if I ever had to re-import them, I could.

Now i switched from XP, to win7, and it won't import the videos. They do not show up on the recent list.

These videos are MINE, that I created.. but originally in avi format.

And some concerts that I made, that are mine, I cannot import.. all this stuff was saved as MP4 formats and were imported into my ipod touch with winXP.. so why not now?
