Just as it says, charge the phone to 100%, the use it until it shuts off on its own. I don't recommend you do this more than once every 3 ~ 4 months.

Yep, really.
The purpose of doing this is to keep the battery meter calibrated. Lithium ion batteries don't need full cycle charging to help performance and lifespan.
