What us my "incoming mail server" name.

This morning I wrote an email to my son that would not send. I punched a few bottons and now I have a bigger problem. Where do I find my incomming mail Server name to put into the box on my email account page? I have a Yahoo account, which appears to be fine, and an IMAP MobileMe account which needs the incomming Server box fulled out.
