If you have iTunes 11 on your computer then you can enable the left-had sidebar via option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC. Then connect your phone to your computer and select it on that left-hand sidebar e.g.
And then on the right-hand side select the Apps tab and use that to select which of your apps that you want on the iPhone and then click the Sync button to copy them over
