I have the same issue. I can access MSN if I use dell.msn.com but I don't want that. I have had success if I go into Cookies and eliminate all cookies that have anything to do with MSN. If I was using dell.msn.com, I would also eliminate the Dell cookie. When you click on History/Home, my actual MSN.com homepage will come up like it should. But when I close out of Safari the next time I open it I end up with a blank page. The address bar shows msn.com but the logo is not a butterfly. It's a Bing logo. I've deleted my History. That's not the fix. All the other web sites come up and, like I said, I can use dell.msn.com but that's not the point. I'd like to find the gremlin and eliminate it.
Just spoke with customer support. I updated my Flash Player, not sure if that was the fix, then I reset Safari leaving everything checked except "removed saved names and passwords" and "reset top sites". Quit safari then MSN Homepage came up.
I had the same issue and went to settings and selected Reset and now all is well and I can now access MSN.
Thanks to jeshuler1 and Barbsfinn. I just did a Safari reset using jeshuler1's directions and I now have my MSN homepage back.
