From an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, you can only print with an AirPrint-supported printer > http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4356 Bluetooth printers aren't supported
The easiest solution as Mend1 suggests is to buy an AirPrinter.
If you have an existing printer, you can connect it to a compuer and install additional software on you iPad or computer to print to the printer.
