I receive all my email across all of my 3 Apple devices and on Thunderbird collector, and I have 5 email account out of which 2 are IMAP and the rest are POP.
Is there anyway to synchrinise ALL this?
Meaning if I deleted an email on one device, it wouldn't appear on the others? Or if I read it on one device it would not arrive as NEW on the others?

Apple will have to create upgrade for the deleting to take place across our devices. Trust they will accommodate their faithful client base.
It has nothing to do with Apple. POP accounts don't synchronize.
And btw, the post you responded to is well over a year old.

POP accounts can not synchronise, upgrade your email account to something a bit more modern.
