Just had an update, and now can't get any content from iTunes... it just returns me to the home page whenever I click on any title
I had the exact same problem.
I went into settings, iTunes Store, and signed out and signed back in again.
It solved the problem for me.

Same problem. Online chat support didn't have a clue but signing out and back in again fixed the problem. Thanks.
