Alternatively, you might contact AT&T and they may be able to replace the CC number and keep the same account.
I have tried to find a way to contact AT&T and there WEB site is terrible and I cannot find a contact phone number. Maybe I should try calling the local AT&T store.
After calling the store I got transferd to Customer service and then to another agent whose departmenr escapes me.
Did you get it resolved? If so, who/how did they take care of it?
Did you not try just signing up again? The iPad is supposed to be able to set up a month-to-month account, so that should work too.
