I have an LMP Bluetooth numeric keypad with dead batteries, but am unable to open the battery compartment. Can anyone give me a clue as to what on earth I am doing wrong? I'm following the directions in the manual, but hear no 'click' when I press on the arrows. Thanks. Trudy

Trudy, is this an Apple product, never heard of it before.
Rich, it is not an Apple product, but is sold at the Apple store to go with the wireless keyboard for the iMac. There have been other discussions about this product on this site, so I was hoping for help with my problem.

Hi Trudy,
you just have to push the whole grey plastic bit with the arrows away form the pad.
I however have a problem the numpad will not start again after replacing the batteries.
Have tries several new batteries, but the numpad is totalt dead.
Any suggestions anyone?

I have the same problem. Just change the batteries, and the LMP Bluetooth Keypad is dead!...
I need it for working in Blender!...
