Does VMWare workstation 8 run on MacBook Pro ? Not a Virtual machine of OS X.

I want to know if i can install VMWare Workstation 8 on my macbook pro OS X with out using boot camp, parallel or any other program lik that... Is it possible to run it ??? (I dont want to run os x as a virtual machine)

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), Just got this Macbook today...

Boot Camp is not a Virtualization scheme -- it is only a set of drivers for the Mac-specific Hardware so that Windows can run nativley.

I think you should be asking VMWare whether you can run that VMWare program on a Mac, and how to install it. That is where you will need to turn for support if you run into problems.
