What happened to FaceTime access and Facebook Skype?

FaceTime does not connect when initiating call or from contact on my Macbook Pro and iPod Touch 4th ten.

It does not register to the other FaceTime user that a call came in.

Also, since upgrading the OS10.7.5, Skype on Facebook does not work on my screen. The sender receives the image and voice from my computer but blinking lines interfere and freeze the incoming screen.
