I have a macbook 11.6 inch Macbook air, I bought it last year in august meaning i still have 5 months left on my apple care warranty. Long story short, water spilled on my laptop. I turned it off for a week and let it sit in warmth, i was greatful to find out it still turns on, usually if the logic board is messed up it doesn't turn on right? And also, it's the battery that's messed up, i was wondering, since i still have the warranty, would it be free for me to get a battery replacement or do i still have to pay the $129 for it? I need to know i need my mac fixed :/

Once the water was spilled on your MBA, the warranty wass void.

There are water indicators internal which will show that it has been wet and if you bring it, Apple will check them.

Apple will try to repair your computer. As you spill water, the logic board may be damaged, so the whole logic board must be replaced. This is the most expensive part, so the repair will be very expensive

Impossible to tell from this distance. Apple will have to inspect it to tell exactly what was damaged by the water. Once they have determined that then they can give you the estimate foir the repair. It could be significantly more then $129.
