Maps (iOS 6) Missing Colors Indicating Traffic Speeds?

After updating to 6.1.2 (iPhone 4) my maps does not show the traffic colors (Green/Yellow/Red) on the map. I have the "Show Traffic" option selected from the lower-right mention in Maps and also have the "Show Traffic" under Settings. Shouldn't it show, or is this another change to the MAPS in apples new iOS?

I NEED TRAFFIC COLORS BACK. Any help would be greatly appreciated before I have to find another app option.
