Q: Upgrade doesn't work

I installed the auto upgrade and now the movie menu doesn't work.  I select the "movies" icon, it then thinks and brings up the top menu "top rate, genres, search etc." and then drops back to the home screen.  Was working brilliantly before the upgrade!  Can I go back to the previous version?  A collegue has the same problem, so maybe we're not alone!

  1. First you should try logging out of your iTunes Store account (settings > iTunes Store > accounts) and then back in again.
  2. If that doesn't help, try resetting the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings). You should also try restarting your router.
  3. If both of the above don't help, you should try a restore (Settings > General > Reset > Restore).
