To publish a paid ibook on the iBookstore it asks for a USA Tax ID.
However I live outside the USA.
Does that mean I cannot publish

You can also use an aggregator is that is too much trouble.

If you have a citation, perhaps you could find time to add a comment w/that info, pls. If not, and as that is a moving # by now, I may just edit to say something more generic.
The comment feature on these things seems to be broken. Perhaps good to just reference the Apple store list (I just count from there myself).
