iPod Touch 5G stuck on connect to iTunes screen.

I plugged my iPod Touch into my Mac and it started updating and went to error. It then said that it never to be restored, so it went into revory mode and I clicked for it to be recovered. Then said to update and recover. I downloaded the update several times to try and attempt to recover my iPod but still hasn't worked. Everytime it finishes downloading the update it continues to go to the recovery mode and asking me to update and recover, of which I have downloaded the update several times. I even tried the DFU mode, but it doesn't actually work because my iPod will show the connect to iTunes screen and will also go to recovery mode when I plug it into my Mac. Any soloutions? Please? 😐

Maybe:

Restore loop (being prompted to restore again after a restore successfully completes)

Troubleshoot your USB connection. If the issue persists, out-of-date or incorrectly configured third-party security software may be causing this issue. Please follow Troubleshooting security software issues. .

Next try placing in DFU mode and then restoring.

Then try restoring on another computer.

Last, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.
