iPOD Classic get stuck with "Do not disconnect" screen message

I have a problem with my 160 GB iPod model A1238

I tried restoring it with iTunes to delete all the songs It has. I let it in the process of downloading the iOS for the iPod, and when I came back, It was on the "Do not disconnect" screen message

There is no way to restore it, when I place it in DFU mode, iTunes recognizes it but when iTunes sends it to restart, It does nothing and there ends the restore process.
