o I can add fee-based and free *.ibooks files to the iBookstore.
o I can add free *.ibooks files to an iTunes U course (as well as a pointer to the iBookstore for *.ibooks files that are not free)
o I cannot add an *.ibooks file to an RSS feed with the expectation that:
a) the iTunes.app will add it to the Books library and subsequently sync it to an iOS device.
b) a public-facing iTunes U site subscribed to an RSS feed containing a free *.ibooks file will not make that file available to visitors to that institution's iTunes U site.
So, is this by design or is it a fault that may get corrected one day?
