Using iCloud, how do I manually import contacts to iPhone 5?

Where are the contacts that you want to add.

The contacts are on iCloud. I want to manually push them to my iPhone 5.
Everything is automatic in iCloud.
If you have contacts in iCloud then once you sign into that account on your phone (settings > iCloud) and enable contact syncing they will automatically appear.
But now, on IOS 8, my contacts are not sync into my iphone...
