Q: My numbers documents are in Icloud and i cannot find? can anyone help?

I saved by Numbers documents in Icloud. The icon has been removed from my iPad and I cannot find numbers in Icloud.

iPad 2, iOS 6.1.2

Where exactly are you looking for your document, have you tried at iCloud.com from a computer. Which icon has been removed.
