Mail, Address Book and iCal Reinstalls don't work

Can Mail, Address Book and iCal only be reinstalled from 'Optional Installs' package on Tiger install disk if OSX 10.4 has NOT been upgraded?

After deleting aps some time ago, I now reinstalled Mail Address Book and iCal from the Optional Installs package on my 10.4 install disk.

But when I try to open Address Book and iCal, nothing opens.

And when I try to open Mail, I get error message -

"You cannot use the application "Mail" with this version of Mac OSX."

Are there any separate 10.4.11 install packages for Mail, Address Book and iCal?

Unless I absolutely have to, I'd rather not do an archive and install and then have to sit through the updates.

PowerMac, Mac OS X (10.4.11), G5 Dual 2Ghz, 6GB (PowerMac7.3)
