How do I restore my springboard?
My phone hesitates alot and is contanstly resetting itself. I forgot how they told me to reset my Springboard. Can anyone help me with this?

If you are talking about resetting your phone (which it sounds like you need to do...) press on the Home and Power buttons at the same time until the Silver Apple appears. This should clean up a lot of issues without losing any data.
If you are talking about resetting your Home screen (which is what "Springboard" refers to), go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen
