Wife's iPhone not showing as a device

I have had an iPhone for over a year. We recently bought my wife an iPhone. We are on Verizon.

When I go to Find My iPhone from my phone, I can see my two iMacs listed, and my iPhone, and a second iPhone wtih my name on it, but the second iPhone is not available/not found. I do not see my wife's iPhone listed.

I must have something set up wrong. Can anyone point me to suggestions on how to get both iPhones to show up in the devices list on each phone?

We share an Apple ID account.

Thanks

My wife checked her Settings>Privacy>Location Services setting, and it was "On".

Other ideas?

More questions:

When I search for devices on Find iPhone app, I have two phones listed. I have only ever had one iPhone, so is the second phone that is listed actually my wife's phone? The first phone listed under my name is the phone I am carrying. The second phone listed shows as "offline". I am assuming that second phone is actually my wife's phone. Does that sound correct?
