Is there a way to get Siri to read a web page?
Can Siri read anything off the web out loud?
Like:
a Web page?
Highlighted text?
in "Reader" mode?
iBook?

Siri doesn't have the ability to read a page.
There is a feature called "Speak Selection" that allows you to highlight a block of text and then have it read to you. You have to turn it on in Settings > General > Accessibility > Speal Selection.
