Transfer files to an external diskdrive formatted ExFAT

I want to watch Downton Abbey on my PC in the kitchen (near the refridgerator). My main computer is a Macbook Pro and that is where I downloaded the program. Also, space on my Macbook is getting slim. The diskdrive (Seagate Goflex) is partioned into an Apple part and PC part. PCs can't read apple lingo.
