new imac shipping box dimensions
Anyone out there have the new 27" iMac shipping box dimensions? I had mine shipped to my mother and want to estimate shipping to my house.

It's a weird shape, so giving you dimensions is hard. You also need to protect yourself and put the box that holds the iMac into another box. As a matter of fact, lots of shipping companies won't allow you to ship it unless double boxed, or at least they won't pay claims.
The outer shipping box would have to be 82X72X32 cm. The shipping weight is about 15kg.

That's inaccurate for current 27" models. It's lighter and the box is slightly smaller.
I found this. It's not the same computer. Dimensions are different and I want to be accurate.
I'm looking for the actual shipping box dimensions. The box that the computer ships in from Apple.
I received my 27" iMac a few weeks ago. The shipping box (not the inside box that contains the imac) measures:
25 1/2" tall
31" wide
6" across the top
10" across the bottom
