Mar 4, 2013 8:07 PM in response to Ygor Soaresby gail from maine,Hi Ygor,
The only way you could have remotely locked your Mac is by putting in a password when you enabled the lock. You need to key in whatever you used to do the remote lock to begin with. That is what the Mac is looking for in order to unlock it....
Do you have any idea what you typed in when you remotely locked your Mac?
Cheers,
GB

Mar 4, 2013 8:46 PM in response to gail from maineby Ygor Soares,Hi gail from maine,
Actually I did not put any password!
Too long have tested the service and it worked ok, but it's been 1 year!
This problem occoreu after activate the function back to my mac within the iCloud panel of System Preferences.
I've tried everything, even the HD took longer to copy my data, but not format the machine I can!
I do not know what else to do and unfortunately I am unable to send the machine for technical assistance to check this!
Thanks,
Ygor

Mar 5, 2013 4:17 AM in response to gail from maineby Ygor Soares,Already found out what happened!
Just raided my iCloud account and blocked my Mac!
Why is that?
I was using the machine normally at home on 03/03/2013, when out of nowhere she restarted and returned requesting that PIN. I tried to format the machine because I have to back up to date on my Time Capsule and I can not, because when I press the option to boot from the DVD it asks for a password which must be different EFI PIN!
In summary, used and believed in a security service from Apple and am paying the duck by a security error, since my password was complex and I just had this access.
Now I want to know what Apple will do to solve my problem!
Thanks,
Ygor

Mar 5, 2013 7:56 AM in response to Ygor Soaresby gail from maine,Sorry, but I just don't know what are asking now. You have changed back and forth from a Back to My Mac issue to an iCloud issue. If your Mac was restarted from iCloud,then someone logged onto your iCloud account and locked the Mac.
The only way someone can do that is to know your AppleID and your password....
Sorry, but if the Mac has been locked remotely using Find My iPhone, then there is no way to unlock it without using the password that was put in to lock it in the first place....

Mar 5, 2013 5:51 PM in response to gail from maineby Ygor Soares,Precisely this was the issue I discussed initially, my problem is not the password for User System, but that blessed PIN NUMBER not know that!
I'll need to move a lawsuit against Apple, already passed my case to my lawyer, because I tried to contact Apple in Brazil and just ignored my problem!
Totally lost confidence in Apple products!
Thanks

Jul 24, 2013 12:53 PM in response to RafaelMalucelliby E. Maschio,Olá Rafael,

Jul 25, 2013 5:26 PM in response to Ygor Soaresby E. Maschio,Melhor ainda, se o comprador original é você. Não sei o que tentou ainda, mas sugiro em ordem:
- Ligar para o suporte da Apple. Comigo, mesmo eu tendo comprado um Mac usado e fora de garantia, me ajudam muito;
- Existe ainda uma outra senha de Firmware que pode resetar essa. Existe uma possibilidade remota da senha de Firmware não estar definida. Você consegue acesso através de Command+C durante a inicialização;
- Caso precise do número de um técnico particular que trabalhe com Apple em Curitiba, consegui o contato uma vez (se eu digitar aqui, o post será editado);
