In App Purchase

I purchased some coins in an app to play the game and the game froze and now all coins gone.

I have tried to redeem purchase in game options but no go...

I have clicked on the "report a problem" link in my purchase and I am not finding any solutions or anywhere I am able to report the issue...

please help
