Is there a way for me to download iTunes on this Samsung galaxy tab 2?

No. Buy an Apple product if you want the iTunes app, or download it on a Windows PC. Samdung products cannot otherwise use it.

iTunes is only compatible with OS X and Windows, so you can't use it on an Android-based tablet
