need to locate my lost/stolen ipod touch

Hi, i either got my ipod 4g lost or stolen almost a year ago, i have a new one now, but the old one resignates with me cause its 64g and about 7,000 + pics full of my memorys. anyways i managed after digging to find the serial number to the ipod by seeing that i never used the back up for it! soooo i wanted to know how i could use the serial number to track that ipod. btw i didnt have icloud on the ipod, but somebody can have updated it and all. So i know if not, i have not chance & also, to see if ssome one was "smart" to register it, i just added it on my reister about a few minutes ago, no discrepancies came up .. whats a girl to do? i miss it!

Well you can't track that iPod unless is it connected to a Wi-Fi network, and the "Find my iPhone" app must be installed on the Device + Tracking must be turned on in Settings.

If you don't have a backup on iTunes or on iCloud, there is no way to restore or recover your photos.

If the photos were synced to the iPod then y have to get them from where yu got them before.

If the photos were taken by or saved to the iPod (those in the iPod's Camera Roll Album) then the are in the backup and in the PhotoStream if y used that feature.

- If they are in the iTunes backup then get them from the backup by:
