Unknown error trying to download apps
Trying to put Facebook on my I pad. Type in my ID and password and I get an unknown error.

Is this the only app you're getting an error from when trying to download and install?

For any I have tried. Updated the darn thing not sure what to try next...
Ok, if its all apps and not just FB then try this:
Make sure IOS is updated to latest version
Reboot device by pressing both the home button and sleep/wake (power) buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
If that doesn't work then reset the device by going to settings/general/reset/reset all settings
(no media or data will be deleted from the device, this will only take a minute).
