i am having trouble with one comcast email account. the second one set up the same way works fine. any ideas?

i have two comcast accounts. one is working fine the other will not receive mail but can send mail. the setting are identical and have not been changed. It has been working till yesterday, my last software update was over a month ago.

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
