Getting startup item disabled message

Everytime I start up my macbook pro I get the message

or

it's similar to one of this two but Im not sure anyways I went to finder then go to folder and tried to search up /Library/StartupItems/VirtualPCOSServices which is what I get in the message but nothing was found so how am I still getting this message if I dont have the files on my computer please help. Thank You

MacBook Pro (13-inch Late 2011)

I've never had this problem, but here's a link from Google search

I couldn't find anything that helped me uninstall any program or how to change the settings for the startup folder
